Traffic Trouble! – Mommy Builds a Racey Road and Crash-Boom Fun Happens!
One sunny day, a little boy had no clue what exciting silliness was about to roll his way. Mommy had a big plan… a super duper traffic track! That’s right! She built a real mini street in the backyard—complete with crossing signs, blinking traffic lights, a curvy roundabout, and even a pretend stop sign that kind of wobbled in the wind.
The boy’s eyes went wide as a pancake! Mommy shouted, “Start your engines!” and out came the toy cars—red ones, yellow ones, and even a blue police car with pretend sirens going woo-woo!
But here comes the best part—Mommy put on a police hat (a bit too small) and popped a whistle in her mouth. With a straight face and wobbly stance, she stood in the middle of the road waving her arms like a spaghetti octopus. “STOP! GO! WAIT! NO, NOT THAT WAY!” she shouted. The boy giggled so hard he nearly drove into the flowerpot.
Zooming around the track, turning corners, stopping at the red light (well… sometimes), the little driver felt like a real race car star. But guess what? He got a little too speedy. Mommy blew the whistle—toot toot!—but it was too late. CRASH! went the car into the giant cardboard traffic cone.
“Oopsie!” said the little driver with a grin. “That was a traffic jam!” And instead of being mad, Mommy sat on the ground laughing, whistle still in her mouth.
So remember, kids: always follow the signs… unless you’re having this much fun.
